RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: December 19, 2024

All products sold by TinyPeptide are research chemicals intended EXCLUSIVELY for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Products are NOT for human or animal use, consumption, or any form of bodily introduction. By placing an order, you acknowledge acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and the Legal Notice included with all shipments.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the impossibility of verifying product integrity after delivery, TinyPeptide does not accept returns of any products once shipped. This policy protects the integrity of our products and the safety of the research community.

Before Shipment: Order cancellations are accepted and will receive a full refund if requested before your order has shipped.

After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

To request a cancellation, email support@tinypeptide.com with your order number.

Refunds or replacements may be considered at the sole discretion of TinyPeptide for the following situations only:

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • Time Limit: Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Required Documentation: Photographs of damaged product(s), photographs of packaging showing damage, photograph of shipping label, and your order number

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Time Limit: Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Required Documentation: Photograph of item(s) received, your order number, and description of what you ordered vs. what you received

If items are missing from your order:

  • Time Limit: Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Required Documentation: Photograph of items received, photograph of packing slip (if included), your order number, and list of missing items

If you have concerns about product quality upon receipt:

  • Time Limit: Claim must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
  • Required Documentation: Order number, lot number (from product label), detailed description of the quality concern, and photographs (if applicable)

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Claims submitted after the applicable deadline
  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
  • International orders (see International Orders section below)
  • Claims related to product “not working” or effectiveness
  • Temperature damage due to failure to receive shipment promptly
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Orders placed in violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Any situation where misuse of products is indicated or suspected

TinyPeptide recognizes that exceptional situations may arise that fall outside the standard categories described above. In rare and extreme circumstances, we may consider refunds, exchanges, or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Must be submitted in writing to support@tinypeptide.com
  • Must include a detailed explanation of the circumstances
  • Must include all relevant documentation supporting the request
  • Will be reviewed by management and require approval from Legal Counsel before any resolution is offered
  • Are granted at the sole and absolute discretion of Paramount Peptides
  • Do not create any precedent or entitlement for future requests

Response Time: Due to the review process required, requests under this provision may take 7-14 business days for a determination.

No Guarantee: Submission of a request under this provision does not guarantee approval. The majority of requests are denied. This provision exists solely to allow flexibility in truly exceptional situations and should not be interpreted as an expansion of our standard return policy.

Paramount Peptides reserves the right to request additional information, documentation, or verification before making any determination. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

All international orders are placed at the buyer’s sole risk.

Paramount Peptides will NOT accept claims, provide refunds, or offer replacements for any issues related to international orders, including but not limited to:

  • Seizures by customs or government authorities
  • Customs delays or inspections
  • Import duties, taxes, or fees
  • Lost or undeliverable packages
  • Extended transit times resulting in product degradation
  • Refusal of delivery by customs
  • Any other issues arising from international shipment

We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an international order. Paramount Peptides makes no representations regarding the legality of importing our products into any jurisdiction.

To submit a claim for shipping damage, wrong item, missing item, or product quality concern:

  1. Email: support@tinypeptide.com
  2. Subject Line: Include “CLAIM” and your order number (e.g., “CLAIM – Order #12345”)
  3. Include: All required documentation as specified above

Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and resolution is at the sole discretion of Paramount Peptides.

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
  • Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tinypeptide.com

If a replacement is approved (in lieu of refund):

  • Replacement orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of approval
  • You will receive a new tracking number via email
  • Standard shipping times apply to replacement orders

TinyPeptide does not provide information regarding reconstitution, dosing, administration, or any use of products. We assume all customers are qualified researchers familiar with the products they purchase.

We will not respond to inquiries regarding:

  • How to use, prepare, or administer products
  • Dosing or concentration information
  • Expected effects or outcomes
  • Comparisons between products for effectiveness
  • Suitability for any particular application

Any communication suggesting intended use inconsistent with laboratory research purposes will be answered with a Refusal of Service Notification, and no further assistance will be provided.
